Call Center Representative

Position: Contact Center Representative

Openings: 5+

Location: Rocklin CA

Duration: Permanent Hire

Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hr. (commission is offered as well)


Day to Day:

Insight Global client, a Federal Credit Union is seeking to hire 5+ contact center representatives to sit in their Rocklin call center. This representative will be responsible for answering inbound calls to resolve client questions and concerns. This person will need to be technically capable as they will be operating on a dual monitor set up and documenting client conversations in a CRM. This representative will demonstrate the ability to upsell services and products while resolving client requests.


Must Haves:

  • 1 year of customer service experience (fast-paced environment)
  • Must have 1 year of sales experience.
  • Proven ability to upsell services or products in a working environment.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite, Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Must have availability to work 6am- 4pm and 9:30am-6:30pm M-F
  • Punctual attendance is required.
  • Must be able to pass a soft credit check (will not affect their credit score)


Plusses:

  • Experience working within a banking/customer service position.
  • Call center experience (highly preferred)
