Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations addressing user queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate closely with our Microsoft partner and internal teams to manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials to ensure effective use of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations by end-users.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of critical updates.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all issues including system configurations, processes, and training materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations features and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations support engineer with tier 1 and 2 incident resolution
  • Experience with training and support in a production Dynamics 365 F&O environment
  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules
  • Including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Commerce, Operations & Manufacturing
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certifications
  • DM EDI experience
