Quantitative Researcher

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Quantitative Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a Quantitative Researcher you will play a crucial role in designing and conducting research projects to provide valuable insights and datadriven recommendations for our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis data manipulation and research methodologies with a passion for turning complex data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify research objectives and develop research plans to address specific business needs
Collect clean and analyze data using statistical software and programming languages such as R Python or SAS
Develop predictive models forecasting techniques and simulations to support decisionmaking processes
Interpret and communicate research findings to internal stakeholders through reports presentations and visualizations
Stay current with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in quantitative research and data analysis
Qualifications:
Masters or Ph.D. in Statistics Mathematics Economics or related quantitative field
3 years of experience in quantitative research data analysis or a related field
Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages such as R Python or SAS
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner
Experience working with large datasets and conducting quantitative research studies
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with machine learning algorithms and advanced statistical techniques
Previous experience in a research or analytical role within the financial services healthcare or technology industry
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
