Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for Salesforce development, system integrations, and maintaining business workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute Salesforce development projects, including customizations, automations, and integrations with other systems.
  • Design and develop automated workflows, process builders, and flows to enhance business processes and increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the delivery of appropriate technical solutions.
  • Partner with Project Managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, contributing to detailed project planning and management.
  • Work closely with Solutions Architects, Business Analysts, and QA teams to develop test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage and document change requests to project scope or requirements.
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for all Salesforce solutions.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform App Builder certifications.


Desired Skills:

  • Certification in Salesforce Platform Developer II.
  • 3-5 years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
  • Proficiency in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management and deployment processes.
  • Experience working with state or federal government agencies.
  • Knowledge or experience in the mortgage and real estate industry.
