​Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong experience in all facets of Construction Project Management
  • Excellent understanding and experience of Construction Drawings as well as Shop Drawings
  • Great knowledge (theoretical and practical but without having to perform it) of different construction disciplines; framing, painting, welding, MEPs, etc.


​Responsibilities

  • Manage the 3rd party Engineer (Structural and MEP) relationships for each one of our projects (3 way coordination: client, BMarko, Engineer)
  • Initially support our CEO in managing client relationships and graduate to taking them over
  • Coordinate submittal of our Shop Drawings to our clients as well as coordinate iterative requested changes
  • Participate in Engineering discussions that are targeted in finding the right ways of fabricating/ producing new elements for projects
  • Transition projects from the sales cycle into the preconstruction cycle


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Engineering)
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management
  • 7 years of experience in Construction (Modular Construction is preferred)
  • Exceptional learning capacity
