  • Responsibilities include the warehousing, tracking, distribution, and recovery of hardware assets and software licenses, as well as administering the Agency’s mobile device program.


REQUIREMENTS

Education & Corresponding Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a directly related technical field is preferred.
  • 6 months of experience in Computer/Information Technology or a directly related field, preferably providing computer hardware and/or software support is required.


Required Technical Skills & Experience:

  • 2 years working knowledge of computer systems and components, operating systems, and applications software.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Knowledge of hardware and software lifecycle management.


Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • One or more of the following Certifications:
  • Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
  • Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)
  • Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP)
  • Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM).
  • Demonstrated logistics and/or warehouse systems experience.
  • Familiarity with procurement and/or asset ordering systems.
