The Digital Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across various digital channels.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
  • Manage SEM campaigns, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc., to drive traffic and conversions
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, reporting on key metrics and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing paid social, SEO, SEM, and reporting KPIs
  • Must have experience in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
