Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Consultant to join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our firm's legal services to prospective clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and outreach efforts.
  • Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to understand their legal needs, provide information about our firm's services, and assess their eligibility for representation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the legal process.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to develop tailored solutions and strategies for clients based on their unique circumstances.
  • Track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Stay informed about developments in family law, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of family law principles, procedures, and client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
