WHO WE ARE

PAAS National® is a national advocate of independent pharmacies from all 50 states—for the last 31 years. Analysts assist pharmacies to successfully defend prescription claims audits. PAAS will train you to learn to fight for fair treatment and help community pharmacies battle the big Pharmacy Benefit Managers. PAAS also supports pharmacies with HIPAA and Fraud Waste & Abuse Compliance programs. Analysts help pharmacies understand these federal requirements—and guide them away from trouble.

EDUCATION

•    Certified Pharmacy Technician (or relevant work experience)

•    4-year college degree or equivalent (preferred)

 

EXPERIENCE

•    Retail or Long-term Care experience with focus on the nuances of processing prescription claims

•    Knowledge dealing with prescription drug card plans, Medicare Part D and Medicaid

 

SKILLS:

·        Strong verbal and written communications

·        Organized and detail-oriented

·        Competency Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

·        Ability to multi-task and prioritize

·        Self-motivated and works autonomously


This position is hybrid, with the opportunity to work fully remote after training (approximately 6 weeks). Applicant must live in Wisconsin and be able to come to the office as needed.
