Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies.
- Supervision and Training: Provide ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to company protocols.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and program revisions, ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
- Professional Development: Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and research to enhance professional growth and contribute to the company's mission.
- Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Special Education.
- Certification: Valid and current certification as a BCBA/BCBA-D, LABA.
- Experience: At least one year of experience working as a BCBA and three years of experience in ABA.
- Skills: Strong supervisory skills, ability to communicate effectively, and willingness to accept and provide regular feedback.
