Requirements

  • Experienced Senior Mechanical Superintendent w/10 years min.
  • experience as Sr. Mechanical Supt. on large Aerospace/Manufacturing/Industrial projects ($ 50 to $ 100 mil).
  • Strong experience with HVAC, Plumbing & Process Piping Systems with knowledge of equipment, materials and installations.
  • Excellent ability to read/interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent skills to communicate, collaborate and schedule and coordinate subcontractor work. Computer proficient is required and Procore. Experience preferred. Experience in Clean Room and Semiconductor Projects preferred


Duties of Position

  • Managing/coordinating and oversight of subcontractor HVAC, Plumbing & Process Piping installations for a large Aerospace Manufacturing/Assembly Facility project. Responsibilities include daily oversight and QA/QC of subcontractor installations including scheduling/coordination, safety and installation integration w/other trades per plans/specs.
  • QA/QC of Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing & Process Piping) Installations.
  • Preparation/review of schedule & reports for installations including equipment installation start-up & commissioning.
