This position will collaborate with internal regulatory, legal, and public affairs teams on local, state and/or federal policy regarding the development of a particular customer solutions. This position will help drive the creation and development of new dynamic solutions to meet the needs of commercial and industrial customers throughout Alliant Energy's service territory in Iowa and Wisconsin.What You Will DoServes as subject matter expert regarding the development of customer solutions. Provides project and/or program technical leadership from solution(s) concept to completion. Partners with internal stakeholders to conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure their satisfaction with our services. Responsible for scoping designated projects and/or programs to identify, develop, and integrate existing and/or new customer solutions. Ensures effective relationships, support, and communication channels between project implementation teams and business stakeholder groups to develop and deliver comprehensive customer solutions. Maintains knowledge of and relationships with subject matter experts on specific business areas within the company. Serves as a resource to train and develop team members as needed. Engages in other duties as needed that support Alliant Energy's Values and helps deliver on our Purpose to serve customers and build stronger communities.Education RequirementsBachelor's Degree PreferredRequired Experience7 years of professional experience 3 years of experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, change management, or project implementationKey SkillsCustomer Service Management Product Development Product Strategies Program Evaluations Project and Program Management Regulatory ComplianceAlliant Energy offers a comprehensive total rewards package including competitive compensation and benefit programs. Information on these benefit programs is available on our Careers site.Pay Range: $115,000 - $150,000 This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
