Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Timekeeping Systems Analyst to work on site in Westerville, OH. This person will be responsible for managing a team of Configuration Analysts specific to our clients timekeeping tool which is Kronos. They will be the sole POC between Business Units and the technical team to understand specific timekeeping and payroll changes within their unit and translate those changes to the technical team through delivery. Responsbilities include managing and responding to business unit staff and employee escalations (including analysis, resolution and employee communication, etc.), ensuring compliance with payroll policies and procedures, being responsible for day-to-day activities pertaining to the Kronos application tickets and emails, and overall working with internal and external parties to triage and resolves escalations within timekeeping and payroll operations.
