This opportunity offers:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and corporate accounting
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports
  • Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Produce content for quarterly Board of Directors and Audit Committee presentations and monthly board reporting
  • Oversee complex revenue recognition and analysis
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate and manage annual audits and other external reviews
  • Lead the development and consolidation of practice forecast inputs, validating accuracy and presenting meaningful, actionable explanations
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and streamlining of standard processes within the department and companywide
  • Drive the automation of financial and operational reporting processes
  • Manage a team of 15+ direct and indirect reports
  • Other responsibilities assigned


Qualifications:

  • CPA
  • Foundation in public accounting preferred
  • PE-backed, healthcare experience required
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience
