We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager in our Colorado office. The ideal candidate will bring a strong supply chain background with demonstrated experience in the creation of lean supply chain processes and execution of supplier programs for development aircraft. Favorable candidates will have demonstrated experience in successfully driving complex projects within fast-moving companies, with expertise in contract negotiations and supplier management.


Supply Chain Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and execution of the supply chain strategy
  • Identify, establish, and maintain initial relationships with potential suppliers
  • Develop and execute complex RFI/RFPs and bid evaluation
  • Facilitate supplier selection process in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
  • Lead contractual and commercial negotiations with Radia’s suppliers
  • Manage contracts and supplier’s program performance
  • Liaise with internal and external counsel for legal matters
  • Contribute to the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain processes and tools


Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Contracts supporting aircraft development and production
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
  • Excellent leadership skills focused on building team and supporting others
  • Ability to earn trust, establish positive relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
  • Extensive experience and success leading high value, highly complex negotiations and contract development
  • Track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects with aggressive schedules and multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple disciplines, including with engineering, manufacturing, project management, legal and finance
  • Excellent analytical skills, including financial/bid analysis, and attention to detail
  • Some Travel required
