The Senior Procurement Manager plays a vital role at Prime Data Centers, tasked with the procurement of equipment for data center initiatives and overseeing supplier partnerships. This position collaborates closely with various departments to guarantee the timely provision of equipment and services for data center projects throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate supplier agreements to align with business objectives and foster robust relationships.
  • Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to advance organizational goals.
  • Oversee contracts, documentation, and associated risks.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, reporting advancements to leadership.
  • Efficiently manage contractor RFP processes.
  • Formulate long-term departmental strategies and enhance ERP integration.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Data Center or Infrastructure sectors preferred.
  • Background in construction services, contract management, and negotiation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, PowerBI, and ERP Systems.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
