OverviewOur client is seeking a skilled Human Resources (HR) Generalist to provide comprehensive support to the HR Department across various functions, including Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Compensation, and Safety Programs. The HR Generalist will work closely with the HR Director, offering direct assistance and augmenting the HR team during special projects and peak periods of activity.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field and 5+ years of HR experience.
  • Ability to perform tasks, after training and explanation, with little oversight.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.


Preferred Skills & Experience


Experience working within an HRIS – namely Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

  • Experience working within an ATS – namely Taleo.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
