Your new role

As the Financial Operations Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all outside financial statements, capital calls, and interest calculations.
  • Work to help prepare financial analysis and reporting for executives.
  • Help support the overall portfolio valuation process.
  • Assist audit and tax in the year end reporting.
  • Support liquidity management functions
  • Manage the expense process.
  • Manage performance measurements including IRRs and investments.
  • Review partnership agreements and other legal documents =.
  • Assist with the overall investor onboarding process.



What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
  • CPA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in private equity/credit experience.
  • Loan experience including working with credit funds preferred.
  • Ability to analyze investment and fund legal documents.
  • Proven knowledge of partnership accounting and GAAP.
