About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled Test and Troubleshooting Technician to join our PCB Assembly team on the swing shift. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with extensive experience in complex circuit troubleshooting and printed circuit board (PCB) testing.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing of printed circuit boards using flying probe testers.

• Retest and troubleshoot any circuit or component-level failures using bench tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.

• Document and report on production test results and bench troubleshooting efforts.

• Perform product inspections pre and post-repair, as well as after troubleshooting and retests.

• Maintain and inspect flying probe testers and bench equipment regularly.

• Escalate technical issues to supervisory staff in a timely manner.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience in complex circuit troubleshooting and assembly rework, particularly with small packages (0603, 0402).

• Ability to troubleshoot from schematics and/or layouts down to the component level.

• Experience operating flying probe testers is highly desirable.

• Proficient in using bench equipment (bench meters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, thermal cameras) for diagnosing and isolating assembly-related failures.

• Ability to read and interpret test reports and isolate PCB nets and/or components for troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
