Proficiency with Yardi software and a CPA designation are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
  2. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  3. Manage the company's investment portfolio, with a focus on real estate investments and family office investment management.
  4. Collaborate with executive team members to evaluate strategic opportunities and mitigate financial risks.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial best practices.
  6. Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  7. Serve as a key liaison with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory agencies.
  8. Interface with company accounting firm and manage all tax filings

Qualifications:

  1. Real Estate Development or Management experience required
  2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  3. Minimum of 7 years of experience in senior financial management roles, with a focus on real estate investments, development, or management REQUIRED.CPA designation a plus.
  4. Proficiency with financial management software, with specific experience with Yardi highly preferred.
  5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
