Sr Associate, Business DevelopmentOtis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated and results-driven Sr Associate, Business Development to identify and secure new business opportunities to grow our maintenance portfolio and develop long-standing relationships with customers in Louisiana and Mississippi.On a typical day you will:Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, market research and networkingProspect, sell, negotiate and close contract deals with a focus on long-term partnershipsDeliver effective and tailored product demonstrations and sales presentationsDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales goals and growth objectivesCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholdersCollaborate with internal operations and account management colleagues to ensure seamless onboarding & implementation of solutions, and to understand equipment and field technician capabilitiesStay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities as well as comprehension of product knowledgeUse Otis' sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast resultsManage opportunities in the CRM pipelineWhat will help you be success in this role:A proven track record of exceeding sales targetsA 'hunter' mindset, with an appetite to continually prospect new clients, in a highly competitive marketConfidence and the ability to close deals effectivelyBeing an articulate communicator with strong presentation skillsEffective relationship building capabilitiesSelf-motivation and organizational skills to manage simultaneous projects and responsibilitiesA collaborative nature to work in a highly team-oriented environmentTechnical aptitude to grasp basic engineering conceptsBachelor's degree in a relevant field2-4 years of sales experience is preferableTravel: This position will require day trips in the field to support the geographical territory of Louisiana and Mississippi, about 70-75%.
