LVI currently have an opening for a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to join a leading multi-disciplinary roofing firm in Maryland. This firm is a well-known name and top performer in the market. Following successes in the first half of 2024 they are looking for a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to join their team in Baltimore, MD. Details about the position:


As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of commercial roofing installations and repairs, ensuring that strict adherence to safety regulations is maintained on-site. You will also be required to coordinate with project managers and teams to ensure that deadlines are met efficiently while overseeing inventory management and material procurement.


In addition to the above responsibilities, we are looking for someone with specific skills and experience to excel in this role. These include a deep understanding of local building codes and compliance requirements in Maryland, as well as the ability to apply principles and practices related specifically to roofing construction. Minimum requirements:


  • 3-5 years of experience within the commercial roofing industry
  • Past experience as a Construction Manager / Superintendent
  • Strong understanding of common commercial roofing systems and materials
  • Leadership skills to ensure successful and efficient production crews
  • OSHA Certifications
