We are a company in the skincare industry, currently seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Part-Time Project Manager. This role is ideal for someone who has diverse experience in a fast-paced environment. The role will report directly to the CEO.


We will need you to come into the office in Brickell, Miami one day every 2 weeks.

We are hoping this will become a full time role within a year.


Key Responsibilities:

  • QA testing any aspect of a project both from an internal perspective and a customer perspective then proactively fine tune and fix
  • Build detailed internal processes for projects and coordinator among various stakeholders
  • Manage and oversee various projects ranging from data research to production coordination.
  • Handle tasks of varying complexity, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills. There will be very boring tasks, but there will also be important, complex projects.
  • Coordinate and execute outbound sales calls, showcasing excellent communication skills.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Multitask effectively, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.


Compensation and Employment Type:

  • $30 per hour
  • 1099 Contract


Requirements:

  • Must be based in the United States and fluent in English.
  • Minimum 5 years of full time experience in project management
  • Availability to work 15-20 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with the possibility of increased hours.
  • Ability to work during East Coast business hours.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in project management role (that had complex duties), preferably in startup environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Outgoing and extroverted personality, comfortable with making outbound sales calls.
  • Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a contractor agreement.
