Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team in Miami. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience with large-scale luxury projects.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all phases of multiple development projects, supporting their execution from inception to completion.
  • Oversee the performance of all contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project-specific consultants for assigned projects.
  • Manage project teams and government officials, closely tracking status to secure all permits and approvals required to execute the business plan for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate the financial underwriting and loan commitments for each project, ensuring compliance for profitable performance and proactively finding ways to exceed targets.
  • Oversee project legal and insurance compliance, including understanding, negotiating, executing, and tracking compliance on legal agreements and insurance policies.
  • Collaborate with project team sales, leasing, branding, and marketing efforts to ensure seamless coordination of project design and construction.
  • Manage the project turnover process to property management companies and/or HOAs to ensure effective project closeout.
  • Ensure the timely issuance of all required daily, weekly, or monthly project reports, maintaining high quality and consistency with established company standards.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate Development, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of project management experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience working on projects with a total value of $100 million+.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience managing projects through the full life cycle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
