Join our family-owned general contracting firm as a Project Manager, overseeing diverse projects in residential, industrial/warehouse/storage, and commercial construction throughout Miami. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, tracking progress and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present project status reports and updates to stakeholders, communicating effectively to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to project teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with exposure to residential, industrial, and commercial projects.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or Primavera.
