Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the fire protection industry. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with experience in fire sprinkler systems, fire protections sales, or a related field and will support our Taylor, WI location on the west side of Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, and project managers.
  • Conduct site visits, assess customer needs, and provide tailored fire sprinkler solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, bids, and estimates.
  • Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up to date on fire sprinkler systems, codes, and industry standards.
  • Educate clients on fire protection solutions and compliance requirements.
  • Track sales performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fire sprinkler sales or construction sales highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
