Brief but official job description:

  • Will manage 1-2 direct reports (juniors and other associates)
  • Can lead concept through production - Stepping into the shoes of architects if needed
  • Will report to the Principal in charge of Interiors
  • Migrating to Revit on the Hospitality side - Creating models rather than lines on paper
  • Needs to be able to produce drawings, add to drawings, work with consultants, and lead a team
  • Needs to be more of a Decorator
  • Can conceptualize a restaurant look and theme
  • Can make all of the selections for finishes, furniture, equipment, and accessories
  • Will meet with clients extensively as well as work with Architects, Project Managers, and QA/QC
