We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant Solution Architect (ServiceNow). In this role you will provide technical leadership to the team collaborate closely with client enterprise architecture teams and ServiceNow teams and lead the design implementation and governance of ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to the project team and client stakeholders.
- Create and maintain a detailed view of the existing architecture and technical roadmap.
- Design and collaborate with Business Process Analysts and Developers to create HighLevel Solution Design Documents.
- Define and communicate technical solutions aligned with business problems and systems architecture at an architectural and design level.
- Ensure adherence to technical governance processes and policies.
- Provide architectural controls to guarantee the correct technical solutions are used to deliver business solutions.
- Develop and maintain a detailed view of integrations across the platform.
- Create and maintain a Technical Implementation Roadmap for future development.
- Resolve technical escalations including responding to defects and performance issues.
- Conduct ServiceNow Health Scans to assess platform performance manageability usability scalability upgradability and security.
- Review design and code per sprint to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.
- Provide handson assistance with detailed design and implementation of selected projects.
- Ensure that designs align with licensed modules and communicate licensing changes to clients when needed.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform products capabilities and ecosystem.
- Assist in migrating configuration across different ServiceNow instances.
- Support the Center of Excellence (COE) in developing training paths for professional advancement.
- Contribute to the ongoing definition of best development and solution practices.
- Lead training workshops to share experiences and best practices across the team.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) plus one Mainline certification (CSM MCO HRSD ITSM GRC etc.).
- Proven handson experience with ServiceNow projects.
- Excellent communication and clientfacing skills.
- IT graduate or equivalent experience.
- B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / BSc (Computer Science) / B.E.
- Indepth understanding of ServiceNow modules and their integration across business systems.
- Experience working in crossfunctional teams with business process analysts and developers.
