Artificial Intelligence Transformation Lead -St. Petersburg, FL

FinTrust Connect, a trusted partner of a well-established financial institution, is in the search of an Artificial Intelligence Transformation Lead in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The AI Transformation Lead will play a critical role in shaping and executing a sophisticated AI strategy, leveraging the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence to transform insurance processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or Mathematics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AI or machine learning technology, with a strong portfolio of successful AI projects, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Deep understanding of AI methodologies, including machine learning models such as neural networks, NLP, and predictive analytics.
  • Experience with AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills; proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex, technology-driven projects.
  • Strategic mindset, adept at balancing innovative tech solutions with practical business needs.


Description:

  • Strategize and implement an AI vision, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience through advanced AI and machine learning models.
  • Lead initiatives involving AI technologies like neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), predictive analytics, and deep learning algorithms.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI solutions such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras into existing systems, ensuring smooth operational transition.
  • Utilize machine learning models, including decision trees, SVMs (Support Vector Machines), and reinforcement learning, to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
  • Foster an environment of innovation, focusing on cutting-edge AI research and development to stay ahead in the insurance industry.
