Our client is a Clinical Research site network with over 20 research sites across the US. Their sites conduct Phase I-IV trials in therapeutic areas like metabolic disorders, cardiology, renal, CNS, and vaccines. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company in Clinical Research.


The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through screening questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should have knowledge of Clinical Trials, Clinical Research, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and have some experience in the medical field.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Maintaining all records related to recruitment for clinical research studies
  • Conducting phone screenings
  • Reviewing patient charts
  • Ensuring the recruitment of high-quality subjects within provided timelines and expectations
  • Demonstrating knowledge of protocols, including inclusion/exclusion criteria, trial length, number of visits, study type, and all pertinent information to appropriately educate and screen prospective subjects
  • Establishing and maintaining working relationships with subjects currently participating in clinical trials and potential subjects for upcoming trials, including:
  • Maintaining all records related to recruitment for clinical research studies
  • Submitting weekly pre-screening and tracking logs as required by the CRO or sponsor
  • Entering and maintaining referrals in the site database
  • Keeping a site tracking log of each call’s referral source from advertising (radio, TV, print)
  • Maintaining a site tracking log to provide statistics on enrolled, screen-failed, early discontinuation, active subjects, and scheduled screening visits for all studies
  • Completing records for and tracking referrals from central recruitment campaigns as required by the sponsor
  • Submitting weekly reports to site supervisors and management
  • Making appointment reminder calls
  • Communicating instructions to subjects regarding preparation for their scheduled study visits (e.g., fasting, bringing study meds to appointments, dosing)
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with current or future subjects
  • Establishing and maintaining working relationships with the site’s Clinical Research Coordinators regarding recruitment and potential subjects, upcoming advertising campaigns at the site level and from central recruitment, and enrollment


Qualifications


  • MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH - no exceptions
  • Previous experience as a Patient Recruiter, Medical Assistant, Medical Scribe, or similar position
