Data Center Logistics SpecialistWe are seeking a Data Center Logistics Specialist to join our Data Center Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of critical hardware components within our data center operations, ensuring seamless coordination of all logistics activities. You will work closely with the infrastructure team to build tooling and automation, analyzing routine tasks with an automation-first approach and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Focus:Manage inbound and outbound shipments of critical hardware components, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling of sensitive equipmentMaintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems, conducting regular audits and reconciliationsCoordinate with external logistics partners, carriers, and vendors to optimize shipping routes and reduce transportation costsDevelop and implement automation solutions for logistics processes, creating written reports on improvement opportunitiesEnsure compliance with data center security protocols and chain of custody requirements for all hardware movementsAbout You:5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations, preferably in a technology or data center environmentStrong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking softwareExcellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partnersProblem-solving mindset with demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and propose automation solutionsNice to haves:Experience with data center hardware components (servers, GPUs, networking equipment)Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs proceduresCertification in supply chain management (APICS, CSCMP) or logisticsExperience with automation tools and scripting languages (Python, SQL)Benefits:Competitive total compensation package (cash + equity).Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms.
