Based in Fort Worth, Texas, our client is a tech-enabled services company that provides billing services and claim funding to contractors in the roofing and restoration industry.


Job Overview

We are hiring a National Account Executive to drive new client growth as we expand our network of contractors in the roofing and restoration industry.

The best candidates for this role will know how to effectively navigate relationships with owners, finance, accounting, billing, and admin support individuals inside prospect roofing and restoration companies.


Key Responsibilities:


National Account Development: Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with roofing and restoration contractors across the US to to drive business growth.


Financial Solution Customization: Work closely with prospective contractors to understand their financial needs and ensure our solutions meet those needs effectively.


Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, consistently delivering results.


Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, sales development, and customer support, to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.


Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management. Provide regular reports on account performance.


Qualifications:

Proven track record of 3+ years of successful sales or account management in the roofing and restoration industry

Previous experience with fintech solutions and financial services Willingness to travel nationally as needed

Proficiency in the following software and tools:

  • Hubspot
  • Google Suite
  • Zoom
  • Slack

Knowledge of job management software such as Roofr, Accylynx, and JobNimbus is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field is preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment is required.
