Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask effectively. Duties: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents - Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory - Handle incoming and outgoing mail - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed Requirements: - Previous experience in an office or clerical role preferred - Proficient in data entry and basic computer skills - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Familiarity with office management procedures - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
