Our expos provide a one-stop destination for education, inspiration, and essential resources for new and growing families.  Prego Expo hosts 3 virtual expos and 9 in-person expos around the country yearly.  


Job Description: 

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving sales, marketing, and assist in coordinating events. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Sales: 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. 
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts. 
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics. 

 

  • Marketing:  
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns for events and sponsors. 
  • Maintaining and enhancing the company's brand image and reputation. 
  • Assist in managing online presence through social media and email marketing. 
  • Assist in measuring and analyzing the performance of marketing activities and campaigns. 
  • Assist in research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. 

 

  • Event Coordination: 
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of in-person and virtual events. 
  • Coordinate event logistics, including planning and maintaining exhibitor databases and details for each event. 
  • Work closely with marketing and communications teams to promote events. 
  • Handle event-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in sales 
  • Proven experience in marketing and/or event coordination is a bonus. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Email Marketing 
  • Social media savvy.  
  • Willing to travel to 9+ events a year-Required 
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
