We are hiring an Account Manager, with an emphasis on our hotel customers. Account Managers play an important part in giving our customers excellent service that makes us successful. Establish and maintain relationships with all existing customers. Provide “world-class” customer service to our existing customer base by quickly responding to our customers’ needs communicating with them regularly and closing the loop. What you will be doing:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Ensure the customer is informed about daily account activities, including delivery format and/or schedule, existing product updates, and new product information
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
• Forecast and track key account metrics, accounts receivables, and maintain contract renewals
• Visit customers regularly
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Build and maintain strong lasting relationships with new and current customers to provide Gunderson's World Class Customer Service
• Manage company products/inventory.
