Job Title: Marketing Automation Manager


We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Manager to engage and re-engage our patients on their beauty and wellness journey. At Dream Spa medical, we want to impact people in a positive way, whether it be improving their self confidence, or allowing them the liberty to achieve goals that they possibly felt unachievable. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and beauty, and has a strong knack for creating memorable ways for customers to engage with a brand and improving the user experience. As the Internal Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating internal marketing campaigns to drive patients back in, working with the team to implement on-site internal marketing efforts, updating internal visual digital and print content. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to implement effective internal marketing strategies that drive engagement, referrals, and referrals.

Job Summary

The Marketing Automation Manager will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of marketing automation strategies to enhance lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates. This role is integral in ensuring effective use of marketing technology to support the company's growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and manage automated marketing campaigns to meet business goals and KPIs.
  • Platform Oversight: Manage the marketing automation platform, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and optimizing its performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and use data-driven insights to improve marketing strategies.
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Develop and manage customer segmentation strategies for targeted and personalized communication.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align strategies and execute campaigns effectively.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends and best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on the marketing automation platform and strategies.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years in marketing automation or digital marketing, with hands-on experience using platforms such as Go High Level, Instagram Insights, Zapier, and Make. (EMR Patient Platforms are a bonus)
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in campaign management, and the ability to use marketing automation tools effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field. Additional certifications in marketing automation are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Travel between all locations, this is a corporate role.
