Staffing SpecialistWe are searching for a motivated individual who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team. This individual will support the Branch Manager by assisting with daily operations, including recruiting new applicants, assisting applicants through the employment process, matching applicants with rewarding work, ensuring our customers' open positions are filled, setting appointments, meeting with new and existing customers, generating sales and more. If you are ready to join a team where you can make a real impact, develop creative solutions, and build your skills in diverse areas, this is the position for you.Location: Springfield, MAResponsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers and associatesNavigate multiple operating systems, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and staffing appEnter inbound orders from new and existing customers into our systemProactively recruit new applicants and match them with our customers' open positionsProcess payroll for our temporary workers in a timely mannerPromote a culture of safety by always keeping safety and compliance top of mindPerform additional responsibilities as requiredQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferredBilingual preferred (Spanish or Creole)Customer service and/or sales experienceEffective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employeesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectivelyBasic knowledge in using Microsoft OfficeMust have access to reliable transportationSalary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location. Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.Employees and their eligible dependents are offered Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and short-term disability, in addition to other programs, as well as up to 10 days Paid Time Off per year.
