Collections SpecialistOur client in Springfield, MA is seeking an experienced Collections Specialist for a contract role. In this position, you will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, resolving outstanding balances, and providing excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities:Contact clients via phone and email regarding past-due accountsResearch and resolve billing discrepancies or disputesRecord collection activities and maintain accurate documentationCollaborate with internal teams to resolve account issuesAdhere to company collections policies and relevant regulationsProvide timely updates and status reports on accountsRequirements:Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, or accountingStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilityProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting/ERP softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
