Payrate: $28/hr on W2
Job Description:
Coordinating the timely posting and removal of requisitions to external career site
Conducting initial screening of emails containing immigration questions and organization them within the mailbox.
Properly escalates questions that are not otherwise answered by internal policy or published guidance documents
Utilizing Workday to find relevant information concerning active cases
To generate reports that will guide and inform Lilly’s immigration sponsorship program
Assisting with the review of sponsored employees’ immigration petitions and applications
Combining relevant portions of each petition into one document to expedite final review to be conducted by Lilly.
Quals--
1-3 years of relevant experience in a law firm setting preferred, preferably in immigration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
