The successful candidate will be proficient in building relationships with new and used car dealers. Inside Sales Representatives are also responsible for promoting and encouraging company products and services to existing and potential dealer customers while maintaining a superior customer service platform. This individual will be a detailed oriented, innovative self-starter and a congenial salesperson.Basic ResponsibilitiesConsistently meet or exceed sales goalsCompetitive prospecting of new business in local markets as assignedGenerate leads by cold calling local dealerships, and presenting products and servicesService existing dealer accounts in local and regional territoriesPlan and organize a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outletsHandle dealer questions, complaints and concerns as quickly as possibleTrain dealers on company products and services and our internet portalStay informed about market trends and product advancements to provide valuable insights and recommendationsAdditional duties and responsibilities as required or assignedSkills & QualificationsGreat communication skillsPrevious sales experience in the auto industryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective time management and planning skillsSelf-motivatedStrong negotiating and networking skillsSuperior customer service skillsAbility to relate and address dealer requests and inquiresComputer savvyBilingual English/Spanish is a PLUSCompany BenefitsLobel Financial employees can access a wide range of benefits including 401K matching, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
