Hudson & Knox eagerly seeks a vibrant, outcome-oriented Business Development Sales Representative with specialized knowledge in home care to join our team We're on the lookout for someone who can propel business expansion by cultivating strong connections with potential clients in the home care sector, prioritizing services with a compassionate touch. This position demands a proactive mindset for pinpointing opportunities, forging alliances, and igniting business growth.



Industry: Home Care

Location: Flexible, Hybrid

Pay: $48,000 Salary + Commission

Commission: 5% to start and then goes up to 7.5%

Duration: Direct Hire


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth objectives within the home care senior living sector.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in senior living communities, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and retirement communities.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs and preferences of senior living communities and their residents.
  • Generate leads through networking events, cold calling, and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Manage Your time effectively an efficiently
  • Ability to manager your pipeline effectively, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the process and beyond.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices related to home care services for seniors.


Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE: Min 2 years of healthcare industry experience.
  • MUST HAVE: Min 1 year of business development experience.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with specific experience in the home care senior living industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Senior living/home care market, including knowledge of key players, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel in the state of AZ as needed.
