Payroll Implementation Specialist (Contract)We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Implementation Specialist to support the implementation of Oracle Time and Labor Fusion and assist with payroll operations during a critical project rollout. This role requires strong expertise in multi-state payroll processing and ADP systems, with experience in timekeeping platforms such as Oracle or Kronos being a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesTimekeeping Analysis & TestingPayroll SupportEmployee SupportRequired QualificationsExtensive experience in multi-state payroll processingStrong ADP experience (mandatory)Familiarity with Oracle Time and Labor Fusion or similar systems (e.g., Kronos)Knowledge of FLSA requirements and overtime calculationsAbility to work independently and collaborate across HRIS, Compliance, and Payroll teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience with payroll system implementations and testingStrong analytical and documentation skillsBeacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
