Job Description

Project Manager/ Business Analyst - Markets Compliance Risk


Responsibilities:

• Assist with the execution and assessment of controls designed to mitigate the risk of non-compliance with prudential regulation, including monitoring and analysis of exposure against regulatory limits (e.g., Regulation K, 12 CFR 1, and the Legal Lending Limit)

• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and streamline processes, propose solutions and lead implementation of improvements

• Perform governance of Markets Prudential and Regulatory Risk profile, including review of related issues, metrics & control performance as well as preparing executive reports for Markets senior management

• Assist with Regulatory applicability & control mapping analysis for appropriateness and accuracy for Markets Businesses and functions

• Liaise with stakeholders across multiple functions while establishing and maintaining solid relationships with our internal partners in the business

• Working as part of a global team to monitor controls, provide oversight and escalate issues in a timely manner



Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in Regulatory Governance and/or Product Control for Financial Services

• Knowledge of global markets traded products including related control principles beneficial but not essential

• Demonstrated expertise of Microsoft Office product suite and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
