Position Summary:
Under the general direction of the Director, plans, organizes, and directs all activities of the designated departments on a 24-hour basis. The Manager is accountable for the clinical, personnel, and fiscal management of assigned units. Effectively interacts with patients/families and significant others according to the needs of age-specific categories.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE: One year of progressive nursing management experience.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Current State of Connecticut RN license required. BLS certification required or completion within the first three months of employment.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required.
