Job Summary

Provides regional support to program total joint to enhance patient throughput, experience and outcomes. Utilizes data collected to make informed decisions to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in nursing required; Master's Degree in nursing or health/business field preferred
At least three years of experience in clinical area (such as orthopedics) or program management experience; three years of orthopedic experience preferred
Current Connecticut Registered Nurse license required
Certified Orthopedic Nurse Certified (ONC) preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:

* Ability to work effectively with other departments.

* Computer literate and database managing experience

* Ability to manage and organize multiple clerical priorities

* Ability to work independently
