Same type of position providing hands on desktop support for users both in a production envrionment as well as office environment. The Carlisle, PA location will be looking for a more junior technician that is comfortable working with Macintosh OS as well. Carlisle has a total team size of 4 people so this person can be more junior and learn from the team.

- Sole point of contact for IT needs
- Strong networking knowledge of basic server/network set ups
- Hardware/Software troubleshooting
a) They have warranties for most devices so no assembly or tear down, but need to troubleshoot and repair.
- SCCM for imaging devices including deploying images and software updates and potentially even experience creating images from scratch
- Mobile Device Management
- Asset Management
- Powershell experience is a HUGE plus
- Attention to detail as will be sole POC at the plant
