  • Provide daily support to the Human Resources Department.
  • Assist with payroll functions.
  • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
  • Compiling and maintaining paper and electronic employee records.
  • Data entry input of all necessary payroll/personnel changes to keep HRIS up to date and accurate.
  • Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops and seminars & training records.
  • Assist with the recruitment process as needed.
  • Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
