Responsibilities:

  • Reports accurately and timely, the financial records of the assigned real estate portfolio (budgets and forecasts)
  • Works closely with the property managers
  • Prepares and review monthly accruals and straight-line rent journal entries
  • Reconciles balance sheet accounts monthly
  • Monitors cash and ensures that critical payments are made timely
  • Participates in budget preparation
  • Reviews budgets for accuracy
  • Prepares monthly bank reconciliations
  • Prepares personal property tax listings and monitors sales/use tax for owners
