Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs.
  • Manage the full development lifecycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment.
  • Build Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
  • Implement integration projects using REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML to connect Salesforce with other systems.
  • Work closely with other teams to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business processes and effective user experience.
  • Handle administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • Perform unit tests and defect fixes to ensure the scalability and reliability of the application.
  • Provide ongoing support and system administration to quickly fix issues with Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify project milestones, tasks, and required resources to develop a detailed project plan.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Force.com Platform skills, including Apex, Lightning Components (LWC and Aura), SOQL, Unit Testing, and Visualforce.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Sites and Lightning Communities.
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using both REST and SOAP APIs, and familiarity with JSON and XML formats.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Developer Certification(s) (Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
