Job Description:

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing our Salesforce platform to support our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design scalable solutions, and implement best practices. Your expertise in APEX, FSL (Field Service Lightning), Salesforce Flows, Sales Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning UI will be critical in driving our Salesforce initiatives forward.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform using APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Implement and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and FSL to meet business needs.
  • Design and build complex Salesforce Flows to automate business processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
  • Customize Salesforce applications to align with business requirements.
  • Configure Salesforce settings, objects, fields, and workflows.
  • Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning.
  • Enhance the user experience by implementing best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality code through code reviews and adherence to development standards.
  • Document technical specifications, design solutions, and implementation steps.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and other team members.
  • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Collaborate with other developers and IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing Salesforce Flows.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Lightning UI and Salesforce integration techniques.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
